Ben Lowrey brings 25 years of production experience to the IPG team. After beginning his career designing stage and theatrical lighting, Ben transitioned into the world of cinematic lighting. While working as a gaffer for a number of years, he then expanded his skill set to include camera operation. Hundreds of indoor and outdoor interview shoots later, Ben honed his craft to become an accomplished DP. Today, Ben merges his experience in the world of lighting and camera and brings his unique perspective to every project. He enjoys pushing the boundaries of cinematography to create an artistic style that is very distinctive.

Dondi is the founder and CEO of IPG. He is an award winning camera operator. Since 2005 IPG has taken care of clients domestically and internationally. Dondi has been in the multimedia industry for 30 years working as a Director of Photography, a steadicam operator and a drone operator on commercials, documentaries, sitcoms, game shows, sports and reality shows. He loves working side by side with his clients helping make their vision into reality.

Eli started his career in video working as a corporate video tech. He then transitioned into stage audio and projection. He later moved to the camera department and quickly embraced field audio. Today, Eli is an extremely versatile production team member with an emphasis on ENG Field audio.

Ray Combs is an award-winning video professional with a hands-on approach to production and a strong background in post. With a career spanning over three decades, Ray has produced numerous series comprising hundreds of broadcast episodes. Ray began his career in Orlando working in live sports and cutting on tape based editing systems. With the development of non-linear systems in the early 1990’s, he embraced the world of computer based editing and worked as an Avid editor for a number of years. In 2000, he opened his own production company and produced high end projects for numerous corporate, commercial, government and creative clients. Four years later, Ray decided to incorporate his passion for the outdoors and specialize in creating unscripted outdoors television content. By incorporating his strong post production background, and utilizing a “begin with the end in mind” approach to production, Ray ensures the final product meets all necessary requirements and expectations.

Helene originally got her degree in early childhood development. She was a preschool teacher/ assistant director for many years. Once Dondi and Helene decided to grow their family Helene started her own childcare business at home which became very successful. In 2005 Dondi proposed opening up IPG and Helene said “Let’s do it!” Once their kids got older Helene jumped in and took the role of Office Manager/ Human resources for the office. (She’s really the boss) She’s also the co-owner and manages the properties for D & H Legacy Investments, which is another company they own. Helene loves spending time with her children and her grandkids. She loves anything outdoors, especially visiting their cabin in the mountains and hiking the national park.
